Grotrian Diagrams
While there are many ways to visualize the spectral lines for a given element, Grotrian diagrams are a popular choice among research scientists. Generally, Grotrian diagrams will the energy levels of each transition as a function of the corresponding term symbols. Currently, ASDtools is only capable of one sorting schema. Each term is sorted according to increasing multiplicity, total orbital angular momentum, and parity. To generate the Grotrian diagram, you just need to provide an element and ionization.

Additional arguments allow you to filter for lines that meet a certain criteria. For example...
min_energy: Minimum energy (eV) to plot.max_energy: Maximum energy (eV) to plot.min_multiplicity: Minimum multiplicity to plot.max_multiplicity: Maximum multiplicity to plot.min_letter: Minimum letter (L) to plot.max_letter: Maximum letter (L) to plot.
If no value is provided for the above arguments, that limit is assumed to be unbounded.
